This course is intended to provide brokers in the State of Alabama with three hours of continuing education content. The primary topic of this course is risk and risk management with a particular focus on managing money and managing people.

The segment concerned with managing money will discuss the handling of trust funds in detail. This segment will also look at official audits that are carried out by the Alabama Real Estate Commission.

The segment that addresses the management of people will cover numerous topics. Topics included in this segment include Alabama license laws, relevant federal laws, employment laws, the responsibilities of a qualifying broker, the Real Estate Consumers Agency and Disclosure Act, and office policy manuals.

This course is broken up by four incremental exams. These exams are intended to promote retention and understanding of the material.
