The nine hour consumer service package contains continuing education content for real estate professionals in the State of California.
The course begins with an examination of the TILA-RESPA integrated disclosure (TRID) forms. This includes a look at what was changed by the implementation of the TILA-RESPA Rule, an examination of some of the rules governing the the integrated mortgage disclosure forms, and a discussion other similar disclosures.
Then, the course will look at the Truth in Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act or RESPA.
From there, the course will address fraud and predatory lending processes.
Finally, the course will discuss listing agreements, sales agreements, and leases.
Included in this course are three incremental exams designed to test comprehension. The course will conclude with a 25 question final exam.
