8 Hour Course

In this course you will find eight hours of continuing education. Four hours of the content of this package will fulfil the 2017 Annual Commission Update Course. The remainder of this package will provide real estate professionals with four hours of elective training.
This course begins by examining agency. This topic includes a discussion of the concept of agency followed by a look at real estate agency relationships.
The course then explores errors and omissions and processes for managing errors and omissions that occur.
From there, the course looks at the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) forms that were mandated by the TILA-RESPA Rule.
The remainder of the course talks about the topics of the Annual Commission Update Course. This topic examines compliance with the law, issues with general practices, recent changes to the approved contracts and forms, and other relevant regulations.
Student comprehension and understanding will be improved by the two exams included as a part of the course.
