In this course, real estate professionals in the District of Columbia will find three hours of continuing education content that will help them toward renewing their licenses.

This course focuses on legislative updates for DC beginning with a look at federal legislation. The course will examine the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the TILA-RESPA Rule. From there, the course will discuss the forms mandated by the TILA-RESPA Rule: the loan estimate and the closing disclosure.

Then, the course will talk about legislation of the District of Columbia.

The course also contains a final exam designed to help students retain and understand the material presented.
