The intent of this course is to provide real estate professionals in the District of Columbia with three hours of continuing education content.
This course begins by examining the concept of fair housing. This will include a discussion of the history of fair housing efforts and an overview of important fair housing laws. In addition, the course will talk about fair housing as it applies to the current real estate industry.
Then the course will look at ethics starting with an exploration of professional codes of ethics. After that, the course will present case studies that show how ethics applies to real estate professionals in the real world.
The course is ended by a final exam that is designed to promote comprehension and retention.
