In this course, real estate professionals in Illinois will gain three hours of education on how to carry out showings in a manner that protects the safety of all involved.

This course will discuss the threats that may be faced during a showing.

The course will also talk about strategies that real estate professionals can employ to protect themselves while at a showing.

The course will examine the showing itself. This topic will look at how to be safe before, during, and after the showing. This topic will also discuss maintaining the safety of the property and the people being shown the property.

The content of the course will explore the concept of liability and the purpose of insurance.

The course contains a 30 question exam that is intended to help students in understanding the course materials.
