This three hour course of continuing education content is designed to help salespersons and brokers in the State of Kansas to complete the core license renewal requirements mandated by the state.

Part of this course is concerned with errors and omissions and their impact on real estate professionals and their business. The course will discuss the common types of errors and omissions that can be committed by real estate professionals. The course will also examine the ways in which a real estate professional can prevent errors and omissions from occurring or handle errors and omissions that do occur.

The other part of this course addresses how relationships between real estate professionals are regulated by the state of Kansas.

The course also contains a 25 question exam that is designed to improve a student's comprehension of the lessons.

Informative but information presented in a boring manner.

the question on tax advice is very misleading. I am an attorney and the reference to Section 1035 is on exchanges to insurance policies---not real estate (1031 or 1033). our course suggested not giving tax advice and talked about it being ok to give info from assessor's office. Also, the question on E &O insurance is misleading. The issue only comes up if there is a loss by the customer and is designed to cover the loss of that customer that would otherwise have to be paid by the agent for making the mistake

test questions do not always follow the course material. Also, there are mistakes in the test question answers. Material could be presented much better.

This course had SO MUCH text. It was hard to read being online. Would have been nice to have an outline or PDF that I could print.
