Core Course for Designated Brokers - 4 Communication

At Your Pace Online is pleased to provide this mandatory 3-hour segment of the Maine designated brokers license renewal continuing education requirements. In this cycle, we'll focus our studies on The Real Estate Brokerage License Act (REBLA) laying out the designated broker's responsibilities, including supervising affiliated licensees, employees, and any employees of the affiliated licensees. We'll pay particular attention to the communications skills involved in managing and working with affiliated licensees.
And, we'll take some time to cover a number of other specific areas such as:
- Why firms use mentors.
- The impact of antitrust violations in real estate practice, including:
- Group boycotting, and
- Market allocation
- Self evaluation
- How would you rate yourself?
- How do you think others might?
During the course, there will be in-text questions to help the student gauge their knowledge while moving through the class. There is also a final exam of 15 questions at the end of the class.
