In this required module, licensees will review important topics that are relevant to their everyday practice of real estate. This includes examinations of contracts, such as representation contracts, as well the disclosure required of licensees. We will also look over the purchase agreement, and addenda such as counter offers.
At the end of this class students will be able to have a better understanding of what is required by law in real estate contracts, examine various contracts, addendums and agreements and review forms issues that create problems in real estate transactions, learn to avoid contractual perils and pitfalls, and be better equipped serve buyers and sellers in today's complex real estate transactions.
This course will finish with a 20-question final exam.
