This 4-hour core course will satisfy a Minnesota licensee's requirement for a core course on agency.
At the end of this class students will be able to identify the different types of agency agreements and define the authority they wield, explain and fulfill the duties and responsibilities of an agent towards the various parties, and establish real estate agency relationships and behave in a manner which complies with the common law of agency. They'll learn to describe the various duties that agents have, in detail, and evaluate conflicting duties.
We'll talk about how to comply with the administrative rules that govern agency relationship disclosures in Mississippi, and the Mississippi statutes regarding the delivery of real estate disclosures
Additionally, licensees will learn how to establish property management relationships and tenancy relationships and behave in a manner which complies with the common law of agency and the landlord/tenant laws.
The course ends with a 40-question test to help ensure student retention of the material covered.
