This course talks about anti-discrimination laws especially those that apply to rental properties and their tenants. This includes a look at the fair housing claims process and a discussion of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
This course contains a detailed examination of listing agreements, sales agreements, and leases and lease agreements.
This course addresses a number of topics related to property title, from the bundle of rights to title clouds to escrow and estimated closing costs. The course also covers title defects and other problems that can interfere with the transfer of a title.
Finally we review the transfer of a title from person to person. The course also talks about the taxation of real estate.
