This five hour course of continuing education content is designed for Nevada real estate professionals who want to renew their professional licensing.

This course will explores fair housing and fair housing laws such as the Fair Housing Act and other related regulations.

This course talks about anti-discrimination laws especially those that apply to rental properties and their tenants. This includes a look at the fair housing claims process and a discussion of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

This course contains a detailed examination of listing agreements, sales agreements, and leases and lease agreements.

This course addresses a number of topics related to property title, from the bundle of rights to title clouds to escrow and estimated closing costs. The course also covers title defects and other problems that can interfere with the transfer of a title.
