This 9 hour complete renewal package for North Dakota Real Estate professionals contains everything you need for your license renewal.

Our class begins with the state required 3 hour segment on Agency that includes basic background on the common law of agency, and then goes into agency concepts specific for real estate professionals. From concepts of agency, we’ll move into the 6 hours of instruction that starts with Types of Financing in use in North Dakota, and Lending Laws as they apply to real estate agents. We’ll then discuss integrated disclosures as they relate to the Truth in Lending Act. Once we’ve moved on from there, we’ll take a closer look at Sources of Financing, where we’ll study issues such as down payment assistance programs, financial markets, and federal monetary controls. As we continue, we’ll examine general concept of loans and loan programs including subjects like the application process itself and types of loans available. The student will also be exposed to government loan programs as well as other methods of financing. Finally, we’ll examine the types of documents used in financing, including mortgage documents, deeds of trust, and other documents specific to our industry.

At the conclusion of our class, we’ll have a short 30 question exam to check the students’ knowledge gained from the class and then be awarded with a Certificate of Completion.
