This real estate business package is designed to satisfy 7 hours of the 30 hour continuing education requirement for Oregon real estate licensees. With a focus on business practices and management, this course is ideal for licensees who are looking to advance to leadership roles in their career.
The course will begin by introducing best practices for running a real estate business. This includes techniques for effective supervision and management, and insights into the employer-employee relationship. We’ll also discuss the important step of establishing office policies and manuals.

We’ll also discuss recordkeeping in the realm of property management.
Last, we’ll discuss the underrated topic of real estate safety. This includes methods for ensuring safety before, during, and after showings and open houses. We’ll also touch on liability issues and liability insurance.
