This is the 2018 Late CE course. This is only for licensees who failed to complete the CE required for their 2018 renewal during the 2018 calendar year.
This updated 10 hour comprehensive continuing education course for Mortgage Loan Originators for 2018 will cover modules of Federal Law Updates, Ethics, Fraud, Consumer Protection and Fair Lending, and of Nontraditional Mortgage Products, which are required for continued licensure under the SAFE Act. Within those categories, MLOs will study subjects such as a brief history of mortgage lending in America and updated rules affecting MLOs in the field, as well as ethical considerations, mortgage fraud, and updates to certain nontraditional mortgages available to the MLO today.
This course also contains 2 hours of Utah specific Laws and Rules to insure that you get all 10 of your required hours.
