Our 4-hour real estate concepts course is approved by the state of Vermont for CE credits for licensee renewal.
We’ll start the course with a review of the fundamental concepts of agency, including the types of agency and the duties of all parties in an agency agreement. Then, we’ll talk about the legal descriptions that are used for real property.
After that we’ll cover the process of transferring a title, including the issues that can arise during foreclosures and short sales, as well as 1031 exchanges.
Next, we’ll concluded the course by reviewing encumbrances to properties, such as easements, liens, and more. The course finishes with a state-mandated 40-question exam.

Sheri has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.
