We’ll start this 5-hour elective course with a discussion of fair housing. This includes a review of the history of fair housing, as well as the important points of the Fair Housing Act.
Next, we’ll explore the idea of ethics as it relates to real estate. We’ll talk about what it means to behave ethically, and why it matters.
After that we’ll review the issue of errors and omissions in real estate. Agents can be held liable for some of these types of problems, so we’ll talk about how licensees can protect themselves from liability in the course of their duties. This course will end with a state-required 50 question exam.
