Basic Minnesota Real Estate Pre-License Package
This pre-license bundle includes three 30-hour real estate salesperson courses (Course I, Course II, and Course III) that prepare candidates for the licensing exam and fulfill state education requirements. Completing the series of three 30-hour courses, along with passing the exam, allows applicants to apply for a Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson license.
Course material includes interspersed activities and exercises designed to give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned to real-world applications and questions.
Each topic module ends with a quiz to review the material learned and prepare the student for the final exam. At the end of each course, students will take a final exam. Passing the exam earns the student a certificate of completion.
