Salesperson Real Estate Continuing Education Package
24h packageEffective January 1, 2025, Arizona real estate salespersons will be required to complete one hour each of the following subjects: Firewise, Arizona Water, and Deed Fraud. This package includes all necessary courses to fulfill these requirements and meet the renewal criteria. The courses included are:
Agency Law
3h courseThis class fulfills the requirements on the subject of Agency by the Arizona Department of Real Estate for continuing education for licensed Salespersons, Associate Brokers, Delegated Associate Brokers, and Designated Brokers.
Commissioner's Standards
3h courseThis Arizona Commissioner's Standards real estate continuing education course is approved with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, and satisfies 3 hours of the CE requirements for Salespersons and Associate Brokers.
Contract Law

Starting January 1, 2025, all Arizona real estate professionals — brokers and sales licensees — must complete new one-hour courses on Arizona water, deed fraud, and Firewise topics as part of their continuing education (CE).
In Arizona, your real estate license must be renewed every two years through the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE). To renew, you must complete the required CE hours based on your license type and pass each course's final exam with a score of at least 80%. You may retake the exam as many times as needed to achieve a passing score.
Designated brokers must complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including:
Total: 30 CE hours (including 3 elective hours in any topic)
Sales licensees must complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years, including:
Total: 24 CE hours (including 3 elective hours in any topic)

In addition, Arizona real estate licensees may only receive credit for up to nine CE hours in any 24-hour period.
