TX-SML MLO Pre-License
This online course package fulfills the TX-SML pre-license requirement. It includes both the 20-Hour National MLO Pre-License and the 3-Hour TX-SML SAFE courses
TX-OCCC Pre-License
Because this license type serves non-primary mortgage loans, the TX-OCCC MLO license only requires the 20-Hour National MLO Pre-License Course.

If you have not yet attempted a test or exam requested or been issued a certificate, or completed the course, you may be eligible for a refund. If you meet these criteria, you must submit your request within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund request.
