This course meets three of the hours of continuing education hours required for real estate professionals in California to renew their licenses.
The course discusses the California Civil code and provides links for additional reading into the Civil Code. The course then moves into a discussion of the basics for the agency relationship including types of authority, types of agency, and the responsibilities of the parties involved.
Also contained within this course is a pair of review quizzes. At the end of the course a student will complete a final exam.
