This package was specifically designed for active real estate license holders in the state of New Hampshire. This package will not only meet the continuing education requirements for the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission but will also meet the CE requirement from the National Association of Realtors.
This course will provide licensees with the required three hours of core continuing education material mandated by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission.
This class is approved by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission to provide licensees with 3 hours of elective course credit. This class will cover Common Law of Agency and Regulation of Agency Relationships as it applies to real estate professionals.
This New Hampshire Real Estate Commission approved course provides licensees with 3 hours of elective continuing education credits. This course covers basic contract law as well as real estate contracts.
This course is ideal for New Hampshire real estate agents specializing in farm and ranch sales. The lessons cover key aspects of rural transactions, including valuation, brokerage and contract management. This NHREC approved course provides licensees with 3 hours of online elective continuing education credits. This course covers the basic sources of real estate financing. Students will learn the basic principles behind acquiring a home loan so they may better guide their clients through the process. This course will cover the following topics of sources of financing, loans and loan programs, and government loans.

In order to receive credit for your New Hampshire real estate continuing education course, you must pass a final exam with a score of at least 80%.
If you do not pass the first time, you may retake the test as many times as necessary in order to pass.
