Students will learn the basic principles behind acquiring a home loan so they may better guide their clients through the process. CE Requirements to Renew a NH Real Estate License

  • All active Real Estate license holders must obtain 15 hours of continuing education before renewing their license every 2 years.
  • Of those 15 total hours, 3 hours of Core Education, and 12 hours of Elective Education are required.
  • Inactive licensees simply need to take the 3 hour core course to maintain their license in inactive status.
