This course is approved by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission (NHREC) to provide licensees with 3 hours of elective continuing education credits. This course covers basic contract law as well as real estate contracts.

To start students will receive an introduction to contracts, followed by general contract law, the requirements for validity, assignment and novation, when a contract is considered performed or discharged, breach of contract, contract clauses, contract categories, listing agreements, buyer-broker agreements, tenant representation agreements, offers and purchase agreements, land sale contracts, leases, and other real estate contracts.

This course concludes with a 30 question quiz.

She brings to us a wealth knowledge from holding her own Real Estate Broker License, 20 years of being an investigator for the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission, and having multiple Master's Degrees for both business and education.

Ann's dedication to education is apparent from her awarded performance in academics and time spent acting as a special education teacher, to running her own Real Estate School. Her dedication and knowledge help us offer some of the best courses available in New Hampshire.
