NJ Real Estate Continuing Education

This course will cover the law of agency as it applies to real estate professionals in the state. It is a 3 hour course that is intended to fulfill mandatory core continuing education requirements for real estate professionals.

This New Jersey Real Estate Commission approved three hour online course is designed to provide continuing education required to renew a real estate license in the state of New Jersey. This course covers valuation and financing, land use controls, and the foreclosure process.

The primary focus of this course is the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. In this course we will cover the Code itself, but will also look at NAR ethics complaint and arbitration procedures.
