This online course is designed to provide continuing education required to renew a real estate license in the state of New Jersey. The first half of this course will address the formation and use of listing agreements and sales contracts. The second half of the course will look at the proper handling and storage of business and financial records.
In the first section, students will cover listing agreements and the Multiple Listing Service, followed by sales agreements and how to handle a licensee as a principal in a transaction. Next up are financial records, clients' trust accounts, responsibility for trust monies, and use of the trust account. Lastly, we will cover financial reports.
