This course is designed to provide Pennsylvania real estate professionals with an overview of a variety of important industry topics and concepts. It will explore topics such as the provisions of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, mathematics and real estate calculations, contracts, professional real estate activities, escrow, the closing process, and comparative market analyses.
This course equips Pennsylvania real estate professionals with the expertise to manage agricultural transactions effectively. Participants will learn essential techniques in brokerage, valuation and contracts while addressing environmental factors, water rights, zoning and financing to meet the unique challenges of farm and ranch sales.
All licensees are required to complete 14 hours of continuing education by May 31st of even-numbered years. Licensees have different requirements for their first renewal cycle and all subsequent renewal cycles.
