Pennsylvania Real Estate Continuing Education

This course provides all the credit you need to renew your Pennsylvania real estate license if it is not your first renewal.

Courses include:

• Fair Housing and Agency 2024-2026 Core
• Real Estate Essentials

This 10.5 hour course is designed to provide Pennsylvania real estate professionals with an overview of a variety of important industry topics and concepts. It will explore topics such as the provisions of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, mathematics and real estate calculations, contracts, professional real estate activities, escrow, the closing process, and comparative market analyses.

This 5-Hour course fulfills the required two (2) hours of Fair Housing and three (3) hours of Agency for Pennsylvania licensees' license renewal. In this course, we'll cover a variety of topics pertaining to Fair Housing, including a deep dive into the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) and Pennsylvania fair housing laws. Specifically, we'll discuss:

• Protected classes
• Prohibited practices, and
• Reasonable accommodations

among many other related subjects. Then, in our Agency course, we'll review and explore the basic agency concepts that define or have defined our profession. Among key topics that we'll touch on, are:

• Real estate agency in Pennsylvania
• Fiduciary duties, and
• Dual agency

And, of course, we'll dig into The Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act (RELRA) and its broad impact on the Pennsylvania real estate industry.
