Regardless if you are a REALTOR® or not, this course covers their Code of Ethics for the Real Estate Industry. At the end of this course students will be able to interact with other parties in a manner that is ethical and appropriate, produce a contract with language that is specific but also clear and understandable, and explain the rights of parties involved in an ethics complaint or ethics hearing.
This course is an analysis of the NAR® Code of Ethics. By the end of the course the student will have gone through Articles 1-17 of the Code, concluding with enforcement of professional standards, and arbitration.
This course is approved for both state and NAR credit. NAR has extended Cycle 7 through February 28, 2025, so this course will fulfill the necessary requirements for NAR renewal until that date. This course will continue to provide credit for state renewal beyond February 28, 2025.
