Real Estate 63 Hour Pre-License Course

You must be at least 18 years of age, have a United States Social Security Number, and hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior to sitting for the state exam you must show proof of course completion of Florida approved 63 hour pre-license education for sales associates. Our course includes everything you need in order to pass the official licensing exam as well as lots of helpful information to help you get your new career started right.
Once you complete your education you must apply for testing approval with the FL DRE. Once you receive an authorization letter you can make an exam appointment with Pearson Vue. Be prepared with proper ID at the test site. You will need to pass the Florida Real Estate Agent Exam with a grade of at least 75 out of 100 points. You will receive your score immediately upon completion.
You'll need to submit your official application, electronic fingerprints, and application fee of $83.75. You can choose to do this all online through the DBPR Online Services page, or with a printable application.
Once you pass your exam, you just have one step left. You need an active licensed Florida broker to sponsor you. Once you find your broker, they need to activate your new license online using their broker's online account.
