This course is made up of eight hours of continuing education content intended for real estate professionals in the State of Georgia.
This course begins by exploring issues associated with establishing a real estate office. Not only does this include a discussion on the structure of an office, it covers operating within the limits of authority and the distribution of commissions. Then, the course looks at the supervision and management of other real estate licensees before talking about setting up an effective set of office policies.
The course will then discuss advertising, how it is used in the real estate industry, and how it is regulated.
From there, the course will examine the records that a real estate business will need to deal with. This topic includes a look at financial records and double entry bookkeeping before addressing the other records a real estate business will need to maintain.
The course will close by exploring some of the other activities real estate professionals may be involved with such as property management and investment counseling.
Understanding and retention of the material is further improved by the quizzes that are distributed throughout the course.
