This course will cover multiple topics that relate to the real estate profession in Idaho. Subjects range from updates on the latest legislative developments, such as the mandate for an Idaho real estate license for anyone "acting in the state" in a real estate transaction and other recent changes affecting the industry, to reviewing some real estate profession basics, including agency, real property, fair housing, and property management.

This elective course will cover safety concerns that a real estate professional should be aware of and prepared for. It will discuss the different types of dangers and hazards that a licensee may encounter, as well as safety techniques and practices to protect licensees, clients, and >homeowners. We'll also touch on types of professional insurance for licensees.
