This course on trust accounts and brokerage management is intended for brokers in the State of Kansas who need to renew their licenses.

This course talks about the proper handling of the financial records of a real estate business.

The course will also look at how a brokerage is managed. This will include a discussion of policies and procedures for the brokerage. This topic also contains an exploration of the methods for managing and supervising employees of the brokerage.
