This electives course is intended to provide real estate professionals in Michigan with education about ethics and ethical behavior. This four hour course begins with a discussion of the concept of ethics and related terminology. Then, the course will talk about the importance ethics. After that, the course will talk about ethical duties. The course will close by presenting example situations to reinforce the content of the course.
