The Ohio 21-Hour Real Estate Elective Course will fulfill the requirement for 21 hours of elective continuing education for your Ohio Real Estate License. In this course, we'll take a serious look at the lending laws, disclosures, sources of financing, including down payment assistance, the financial markets, and federal monetary control. From there, we'll spend time discussing a variety of loans and loan programs, government loan programs, sale and leaseback, mortgages and deeds of trust, and other financing documents. Plus, we'll focus a portion on our class on the mathematics of real estate covering areas such as general math concepts, valuation calculations, appreciation and depreciation, and loan calculation. Finally we'll wrap up our studies with a look into property and other taxes, default, and foreclosure. And, we'll tie it all together with a variety of activities designed to test and enhance your real estate professional skills.

Sheri Wytcherley has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.
