This course will meet 6 of Rhode Island’s 24 hours of required continuing education for real estate licensees. The course will focus on practices and techniques to help licensees remain safe in the course of their duties. This includes safety measures that can be practiced at showings, as well as open houses.
The course will also touch on the related topic of liability and the liability insurance that a real estate professional should maintain.
