In the course, we’ll talk about the important issue of errors and omissions in one’s real estate practice. We’ll cover the common types of problems that can occur, as well as risk management strategies to avoid these problems.
Then, we’ll move into a discussion of real estate contracts, where we’ll review the most common contracts you’ll encounter. These include listing, buyer-broker, sale. and tenant representation agreements. We’ll also cover some less-common contractual arrangements such as land sales contracts.
