This 6-Hour course is a complement to our existing Tennessee 10 Hour Real Estate Finance & NAR Ethics CE which together provide the required 16 hours of continuing education credits necessary every two years to renew a Tennessee real estate license. The course includes updates pertaining to recent law, rule, and regulations in Tennessee real estate, including changes to:
- Transfer of affiliate license procedures
- Deposit and earnest money practices
- Handling of affiliate commissions
- Electronic recordkeeping, and
- The use of teams or similar groups in brokerages.
Additionally, this course provides principal brokers with a much deeper look into property management responsibilities, particularly client trust and security deposits, real estate advertising, discipline, and disclosures. Plus, we provide some in-depth review of the common law and state laws regarding agency. The ideal program for Tennessee real estate license renewal.
