This course will give brokers a solid understanding of the policies and procedures necessary to manage a real estate office effectively, while satisfying the updated hours requirements for Brokers. They will learn to improve their practice of real estate, enabling them to grow their business while expanding their expertise to be able to serve their clients better and better. Additionally, it contains important industry updates about federal and state legislation.

This course fulfills the requirements for Virginia’s Continuing Education for Real Estate Brokers. It includes the mandatory topics of Broker Management and Agent Supervision, Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, Contracts, and Legal Updates and Emerging Trends.
