Contained in this course is 18 hours of educational content for California real estate professionals who are seeking to renew their licenses.
The course explores aspects of real estate financing. This topic includes an examination of the sources of real estate financing and the ways money is loaned out to buyers. This course also looks at the TILA-RESPA Rule and the disclosure documents mandated by that rule.
The content of this course covers the regulation of land use both in general and in the State of California.
This course includes a discussion of property management, specifically the nature of agency relationships with landlords and tenants and the interactions between tenants and property managers.
In this course is an examination of some of the aspects of running a real estate business. In addition, the course content will talk about real estate investment and valuation of property.
The course will look at taxation of real property.
Lastly, the course will explore the transfer of a property title from one person to another.
To aid in comprehension of the content, incremental quizzes have been placed between sections of content. At the end of the course is a 20 question final exam.

Sheri Wytcherley has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.
