This is the 4 hour 2020 Annual Commission Update (ACU) course required by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. The course will cover several topics including compliance with laws and new rules, proper handling of funds, investigative statistics, and issues with continuing education. It will deal with technology and privacy with particular attention given to the use of drones and drone footage. You will learn about the adoption of new language concerning the disclosure of adverse material facts, and the forms and best practices concerning such disclosures. The course will conclude with a unit on regulations, contracts & forms (note that this is not a contracts class), and new legislation.
The CO ACU Course requires the completion of a 10 Question Exam.
