This is a 3 hour continuing education course that satisfies the 3 hour core curriculum requirements for real estate brokers and associate brokers in the state of Maine. The primary focus of this course will be on communication, and will cover the following main topics: Review of Revised Statutes, The Real Estate Brokerage Relationships Form, and Advertising.
