This 1 hour course will provide Arkansas real estate licensees with training that meets the Safety course requirements. This course will cover general safety considerations, protecting yourself, protecting clients, and protecting the property.

This 22.5 hour core course fulfills continuing education requirements for your New York State Real Estate License biennial renewal. The course meets all subject requirements including the new 2 hours of implicit bias training and 2 hours of cultural competency training, legal updates, agency law, ethics, Fair Housing, plus other electives. 

This Utah 3-hour mandatory course was designed with the real estate professional in mind, and contains 3 credit hours towards the 9 required hours of core education for renewing your license.

It contains all of the topic areas required by the DRE for this core course: 

• Agency Basics,
• Real Estate Purchase Contract Basics, and 
• Code Updates and Industry Issues

Each of these topics work together to give you all the training you need to get a head start on renewing your real estate license!

This course is designed to provide real estate professionals with 3 hours of educational instruction about agency representation and compensation. This course covers a number of topics including the structure, powers, and duties of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission; buyer agency; listing agreements; ethics with regard to transparency and compensation; broker’s price opinions; zoning ordinances; and complaints against real estate professionals and hearing concerning these kinds of complaints.
