This 22.5 hour core course fulfills continuing education requirements for your New York State Real Estate License biennial renewal. The course meets all subject requirements including the new 2 hours of implicit bias training and 2 hours of cultural competency training, legal updates, agency law, ethics, Fair Housing, plus other electives.

This course is designed to provide real estate professionals with 3 hours of educational instruction about agency representation and compensation. This course covers a number of topics including the structure, powers, and duties of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission; buyer agency; listing agreements; ethics with regard to transparency and compensation; broker’s price opinions; zoning ordinances; and complaints against real estate professionals and hearing concerning these kinds of complaints.
