This 7-hour package meets requirements for Arkansas Salespeople renewing their license.
Agency Representation and Compensation: This course is designed to provide real estate professionals with 3 hours of educational instruction about agency representation and compensation. This course covers a number of topics including the structure, powers, and duties of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission; buyer agency; listing agreements; ethics with regard to transparency and compensation; broker’s price opinions; zoning ordinances; and complaints against real estate professionals and hearing concerning these kinds of complaints.
Farm Brokerage: Designed for Arkansas real estate agents, this three-hour course focuses on the skills needed to specialize in farm and ranch transactions. Participants will explore essential topics such as land valuation, contract negotiation, water rights and zoning regulations. The course also addresses financing and environmental concerns to prepare agents for success in agricultural markets.
Safety: This 1-hour course will provide Arkansas real estate licensees with training that meets the Safety course requirements. This course will cover general safety considerations, protecting yourself, protecting clients, and protecting the property.
