This course contains four hours of continuing education on the general topic of agency that will fulfil some of the elective training hours required by the State of Colorado.
This course will cover agency. This will include an examination of both the general concept of agency and the types of agency relationships established in the real estate industry.
The course will also discuss critical errors and omissions that can be committed by real estate professionals and how to prevent them from occurring.
Lastly, the course will take a look at the TILA-RESPA Rule and the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) forms that were put into use by that rule.
To aid with comprehension and retention, the course ends with 40 question final exam.
