This course will provide real estate professionals in the State of Georgia with 12 hours of approved continuing education training.
This course takes on the topic of ethics. This topic explains ethics before discussing the ethical behavior and the benefits of acting ethically.
This course will address fair housing. Included in this topic is a discussion of the history of fair housing and an examination of the primary federal fair housing laws.
The course will talk about errors and omissions and their effect on real estate professionals. In addition, this topic covers some of the efforts that can be taken to prevent errors and omissions from happening or mitigate the effects of errors and omissions that have occurred.
The content of the course will explore the laws of the State of Georgia that regulate the licensing of real estate professionals.
At points in the course, students will be asked to complete quizzes in order to promote comprehension of the lessons in the course.

Sheri Wytcherley has been an online instructor for AYPO's Real Estate education classes for over 5 years and is a licensed real estate instructor across the United States.
