This is the complete package for real estate salespersons in the State of Georgia looking to fulfill all of the hours of training required to renew their licenses. This 54 hour package contains the 25 hour Post-License Course along with the 12 hour, eight hour, and seven hour CE courses. As an added bonus, this course contains the entirety of the three hour Real Estate Law Course.
The Post-License portion, which is required for first time renewals only, addresses such diverse topics as the role of the agent, listing and sales contracts, investment in real estate, leases, property management and tenant relations, agency in general, contracts and contract formation, the federal and state laws governing the lending of money for real estate transactions, mortgage loans, and government loan programs.
The seven hour portion on real estate principals examines real estate law and its effect on the ownership and use of real property, property tile, clouded titles, transfer of property title, the method for determining property value, and the assessment of property taxes.
The eight hour segment on operating a real estate business talks about setting up an office, supervising and managing real estate professionals, establishing effective office policies, producing effective and ethical advertisements, and development and maintenance of financial and business records.
The 12 hour ethics segment discusses ethics and it relevance to real estate professionals, fair housing and fair housing laws, professional errors and omissions, and the laws of the State of Georgia governing the licensing of real estate professionals.
The three hour section on the real estate related laws of Georgia covers what is considered prohibited conduct, relationships between real estate professionals, the responsibilities of the person managing a real estate business, the trade practices that are not permitted, and the regulations affecting advertising.
Due to the length of the course, quizzes periodically break up the content. These courses are also intended to further the comprehension and retention of the course materials.
