This course contains continuing education training that is intended for real estate professionals in the State of Georgia.
This course includes an overview of real estate property law. This topic includes examination of different types of ownership, trusts, and rights associated with land.
The content of this course discusses issues associated with property title, including title clouds, closing costs, and the recordation of deeds. In addition, the course will look at encumbrances that can be imposed on titles and the way title can be transferred.
The course will address how the value of a property is determined.
The last segment of the course is a brief exploration of the way property taxes are assessed.
