This 3-hour course will provide 3 hours of continuing education credit for active licensees in Georgia. In the course, we'll focus on the important issue of ethics in real estate, and the ethical standards established by the NAR Code of Ethics.
Although not all licensees are members of NAR, these ethical guidelines are considered an industry standard, and will prepare licensees for situation they may encounter where they are asked or tempted to act unethically.
Students who complete this course will be prepared to act in an ethical manner in their professional dealings, including producing contracts which are fair and understandable, and explaining the rights of parties in an ethical situation.
The course will cover Sections 1, 2, and 3 of the NAR Code of Ethics, as well as how these standards are enforced. An incremental quiz will take place after each of the three sections.
This course is approved by a local NAR association to satisfy your NAR Code of Ethics training requirement.
