This course provides real estate professionals in the State of Illinois with three hours of continuing education content that will meet the Core A requirements.
The course discusses fair housing. Included in this is an examination of the history of fair housing efforts and an exploration of the major federal and state laws that enforce fair housing.
The course looks at the laws of Illinois that affect the relationships between real estate professionals.
The course content talks about the laws and rules of the state that govern the licensing of real estate professionals.
Finally, the course examines escrow and escrow accounts.
At the end of the course, students will complete a final exam that is intended to improve a student's retention of the course content.
