This four hour course of continuing education content is specially designed for managing brokers in the State of Indiana.

This course will begin with a discussion of the real estate business office. This discussion will address the physical office and the way in which employees of the business are organized and compensated.

The course will then examine the management of real estate professionals.

From there, the course will look at what is needed to produce effective policies for a real estate office.

After that, the course will dive into the topic of business records and recordkeeping. This topic includes a discussion of client trust accounts, an examination of double entry bookkeeping, and a look at other non-financial records that are produced and maintained by real estate businesses.

The course will end with an exploration of some of the other activities undertaken by real estate professionals such as property management.
