This course covers the NAR Code of Ethics for the Real Estate Industry. At the end of this course students will be able to interact with other parties in a manner that is ethical and appropriate, produce a contract with language that is specific but also clear and understandable, and explain the rights of parties involved in an ethics complaint or ethics hearing.
This course is approved for both state and NAR credit. NAR has extended Cycle 7 through February 28, 2025, so this course will fulfill the necessary requirements for NAR renewal until that date. This course will continue to provide credit for state renewal beyond February 28, 2025.
