In addition to this 9 hours, 3 should be spent on core topics. This course satisfies the full electives needed. First, we'll discuss fair housing history and laws. Next, our course details important features of various financial systems and loan programs in a thorough exploration of financing options for home buyers.
The third module of this elective series covers listing and sales agreements, then relates those documents to other methods of title transfer. We'll guide you through types of deeds, the effects of wills, encumbrances, foreclosures, short sales, and more.
After each lesson, students will be asked a single question about the material. Videos, images, and links are utilized throughout the course to aid visual and auditory learning styles. There will be a 46 question final exam about the elective course material at the end of the course which students must pass to earn their Certificate of Completion.
