Upon completing this course, real estate professionals in Kansas will have achieved nine of the elective hours required for renewal of a license.

In this course, can be found an examination of fair housing regulations. In addition, the course will talk about the history of the housing industry and the history of fair housing efforts.

This course will discuss mortgage loans and the financing of the purchase of real estate. The course will also look at the sources of loaned money and government programs that assist people with real estate financing.

The course will explore the contractual agreements that are used to set up property listings along with the contracts used to sell property.

The content of the course will examine changes in property ownership through the transfer of a property’s title.

The course will conclude with a final exam. The intent of the exam is to help students gain greater understanding and retention of the lessons.

Growing up in a military family, Sheri became very patriotic, developed an adventurous spirit, and grew passionate about helping people.
